North Cool Warranty Statement

North Cool warrants that should any defect in material and/or workmanship occur, North Cool will remedy it under the following conditions:

1. To rectify and/or replace, free of charge, at its nearest North Cool Service Centre or Authorised Service Centre any fault caused by faulty workmanship or material occurring in a North Cool product destined for Commercial or Residential use the customer must contact North Cool within the period of time set below which will determined by the original date of purchase.

- Two (2) years for all parts from date of purchase.
- Five (5) years for the compressor from date of purchase.

2. North Cool reserves the right to determine whether any defective part can be repaired or necessitates replacement.
3. To obtain the service guaranteed by this warranty, the customer must call or visit the nearest North Cool Service Centre or Authorised Service Centre within the warranty period with the following documentation: this warranty card, the proof of purchase showing the original date of purchase and the North Cool product registration number.
4. All North Cool products must be installed by certified North Cool technicians or its authorised distributors or dealers for the warranty to remain valid.
5. Care and maintenance must abide by the instructions included in the Installations Instructions and Owner’s Manual.
6. If the client registers for the annual service maintenance plan offered by certified North Cool technicians or its authorised distributors or dealers within two (2) years of the date of purchase, the full warranty (parts and labor) can be extended for an additional year for every year the service maintenance is administered, for a maximum of 25 (twenty-five) years total.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY SERVICE CAUSED BY THE FOLLOWING:
Accident, alteration, misuse, unauthorized repair, fire, flood or acts of Nature. North Cool reserves the right to determine whether or not the fault is caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials/parts.
